While collaborating with a Design team of content specialists and researchers, I lead brand, UI, and interaction design for Workday Assistant. Over the past two years I have been on the project we have grown usage globally to over 55,000 unique conversations a month.

We've all gotten lost trying to navigate our companies digital ecosystem–we didn't like that. So, we designed a conversational experience to help regular folks accomplish what they need to with ease.

We believe that technology needs to be usable by all for it to be truly successful. At the core of the Workday Assistant is a fundamental focus on accessibility, open-mindedness, and discoverability.
With a persona base ranging from Front Line Workers to upper level Managers, Workday Assistant operates on and transitions seamlessly between all form factors.

With a focus on speed, we designed and built a suite of tools inside of Studio that allowed App Developers to quickly test that their skills were performing as expected even with variable data.
Built with layers of capabilities
We designed Studio to have deep rooted functionality accessible by true-power users, but hidden when it wasn't needed. This feature set allowed experienced App Developers to create robust transactional skills how they wanted to.
